This privacy policy applies to the Declutter app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mattan (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not directly collect any personally identifiable information.
The Application accesses photo metadata on your device (such as file name, date, file size, and file path) solely for the purpose of displaying and helping you organize and delete your photos. This data is read from your device's media storage and is never transmitted off your device.
The Application stores the following preferences locally on your device using SharedPreferences:

The Application does not gather information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. The Service Provider encourages you to review Google's privacy policy for more details on how your data is handled by these services.
The Application displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner ads and native ads. These ads may be personalized based on your interests, or non-personalized based on contextual information. Ad networks may collect and use your advertising identifier and other device information to serve relevant ads.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android devices).

The Application does not request camera, location, contacts, or microphone permissions.
Local preferences are stored on your device and are removed when you uninstall the Application.
Data collected by third-party services (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob) is retained according to their respective data retention policies. The Service Provider does not have direct control over data retained by these third-party services. For more information, see Google's data retention policies.
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The Application displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, which are subject to Google's policies regarding children's content.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at support@mattan.dev so that they can take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Your photo metadata and preferences are processed and stored locally on your device. Data transmitted to third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) is handled according to Google's security standards and encryption protocols.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
